"You are poor because you had many children without family planning!" 

"No. We are poor because we were born to poor fathers, and there are no governments, leaders, or parties working for the poor." This is the poor person's response. 

The journalist isn't satisfied. Does the poor person know more than the journalist? 

"Earthquakes and the Indian blockade have increased poverty." 

"No, the corrupt and lazy government and the leaders in power, who are making 'double by day and quadruple by night,' are the ones increasing poverty." 

The journalist is astonished. The poor are adept at talking like leaders, but why aren't they leaders? 

If they were leaders, they wouldn't remain poor, would they? 

They would also become rich. The difference between a leader and a poor person is that 'leaders don't remain poor, and because of leaders, the poor don't become rich.'
